We have good skills.


You know, like nunchuk skills, bow staff skills, computer hacking skills…

At our last design meeting where we were playtesting one of the later Campaign levels, one of our testers made a rather glaring observation: “what am I doing killing all this creep; what is in this for me?” Well, the answer was obvious to us: killing the creep gives you ‘memory’ (aka experience) that you can use to ‘patch’ your program (i.e. skills).  The trouble was our memory bar was non-existant and our skill tree looked like this:

Yeah, it left something to be desired.

So, we are working on our new skill tree menu right now!  Check out the artist concept:
