High and Low Power Badge

I'm trying to get the "Use 1000 Power in the mission" badge, but i'm not able to pull that off. I'm building Power Stations and use Orbital Support like a madman, but i'm just not able to get the Badge. Any tips or hints?

It is possible that that achievement is unattainable and might have to be tweaked, thanks for the feedback! We can update it accordingly.

Didn't try the badge since the game has gone final, so my original complain may no longer apply.
